Technical Bandwidth No less than 750 MHz unless the channel capacity requirements (70) and network modernization requirements of the Franchise are satisfied. Passive components shall have a rating of no less that 1 GHz.
Subs/Node From 1,200 homes per nodes with enough dedicated fiber to reduce the node size to 600 as usage increases.
Rebuild Maximum of eight (8) active components between the subscriber and headend and an average of no more than five (5) active components in a cascade from the headend to the most distant subscriber.

PEG Access Channels Three (3) 6 MHz channels available immediately and a maximum of three additional PEG channels shall be made available on 60 day's notice from the City that PEG access programming is available. Also, one additional channel for every three commercial channels activated, to a total of ten PEG access channels.

Digital Up to three (3) additional Public Access Channels, six (6) additional Educational Access Channels and six (6) additional Government Access Channels on a compressed digital basis outside the Basic tier. If the Grantee converts any portion of its cable system to digital or compressed digital transmission, the City shall nevertheless retain exclusive control of 6 MHz bandwidth for each channel.
Reg. Authority Rates Unless prohibited by Federal law, Grantee's rates and charges shall be subject to City regulation and approval.

Service "Subscriber relations and service standards complaint procedure" is specified.
