The CDT-DC Senior Instructor is Barry Robert (Bart) Forbes, Master Instructor license number VA-ATMA-1010-FP. In addition to his instructor certification in CDT, Mr. Forbes holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, has been a professional Tae Kwon Do instructor, provided self-defense training through a program funded by the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) , and currently trains in Judo with seventh degree black belt Maurice Allen and in Tukong Moosul ("special combat martial arts') with fifth degree black belt Jimmy Higgins.
